New research position available

Details of an exciting new position for a Cardiovascular Professor working within the Centre of Membrane Proteins and Receptors (COMPARE) and the Birmingham Platelet Group.

Applications are invited for a Professor of Cell Biology of Membrane Receptors to the Centre of Membrane Proteins and Receptors (COMPARE) to provide leadership in cellular and molecular receptor research.
The major biological areas of focus in COMPARE are cardiovascular, metabolism and inflammation/immunology.

The appointment is part of a series of new posts generated by the formation of the Centre of Membrane Proteins and Receptors (COMPARE) between the universities of Birmingham and Nottingham.

This is an agreed post as part of the Investment Fund across the two Universities and integral to the successful delivery of the Project.
