“Taxis may not be waiting at the taxi rank at the airport, but if you call a local taxi company, then they will come to arrivals to collect you. This is due to a dispute with the airport over charges for drop and go services.

Alternatively there is a bus which runs every 15 mins from the airport to P&JLive / Hilton / Aloft hotels. Payment can be made by contactless card.”
