Launch of the Platelet Society Image Competition
The Platelet Society is excited to announce the launch of our 2025 Image Competition, celebrating the beauty and science of platelets! This competition is open to all Platelet Society members.
We’re looking for stunning, creative, and impactful images that highlight the role of platelets in health, disease, and beyond. Whether it’s a microscopic view of platelet function, a captivating scientific illustration, or an abstract representation of your research, we want to see your work!
There will be two prizes up for grabs
- Judges Choice Award – our panel of judges will select the image best showcasing ‘Innovation in Platelet Science’
- Members Choice Award – all members will be invited to vote for their favourite image
Key Details:
- Theme: The Beauty of Platelets – in Science, Nature, and Art.
- Eligibility: Open to members of the Platelet Society.
- Deadline: Friday 28th March 2025
- Announcement: Winners will be annouced at the Platelet Soceity Meeting in Manchester in April 2025
- Prizes: The winning images will be featured on the Platelet Society website and receive exclusive prizes!
How to Enter:
Please click the button below to submit your image(s) in high-resolution format with a title (100 characters max) and brief description (700 characters max) describing the image.
