My scientific interests are in understanding the role that the cytoskeleton plays in the production and function of platelets and megakaryocytes. My lab applies advanced fluorescence microscopy to interogate how the cytoskelton is organised in these cells, and how it interacts wiht membrane and other proteins in the cells to ensure pthey function properly.
