3rd Platelet Society Meeting - XXth - XXst April 2022

We are pleased to welcome you to the 2nd Platelet Society Meeting, which will be hosted online by Keele University on the 29th-31st March 2021. This will start with our early career researcher meeting on the 29th March, followed by the main Society meeting on the 30th and 31st March 2021.

Whilst we are unable to welcome you to the beautiful Keele campus this year, we look forward to bringing together online our vibrant community of scientists and clinicians to showcase recent advances in platelet research, and to celebrate the achievements of all our researchers.  The pandemic has demonstrated the power of scientists working together to achieve common goals, and we aim to use the online platform to stimulate conversations amongst all participants on how we can move forward together to solve outstanding problems in platelet research.

The early career researcher meeting will provide networking and career development opportunities for the next generation of platelet researchers.  We will also be running our first interactive equity, diversity and inclusion spotlight session to discuss the set-up of a mentorship scheme within the society. Whilst we will be scattered all across the world, we hope this meeting will help bring our members closer together.  We look forward to seeing you for an exciting, interactive and fun meeting in March!
