We are pleased to announce that the Platelet Society is hosting a free online meeting focused on platelets and neurovascular disease on the afternoon of Wednesday 19th October 2022.
This free to attend online meeting will bring together platelet and neurovascular researchers and clinicians to identify and discuss the contributions platelets make to neurovascular disease, neuroinflammation, stroke, vascular dementia and Alzheimers Disease. The meeting will also include presentations and discussions on neurovascular models, imaging techniques and clinical perspectives.
The meeting will comprise of a mix of invited presentations from researchers and clinicians across different neurovascular specialities, flash presentations chosen from submitted abstracts, discussion sessions and presentations from our 3 Platelet Society Summer studentship awardees.
We encourage submission of titles and short abstracts from researchers and clinicians working in the areas of platelets, neurovascular disease, neuroinflammation, haemmorhagic and ischaemic stroke, vascular dementia, Alzheimers disease and technological advances in neurovascular science.
